The Roadmap
One project, start to finish, the Weston & Sampson way
The modules follow the firm's Project Management Guidelines and the PMI process groups. Module 0 is the foundation and comes before the road. The road then runs from the pursuit through the scope, the schedule, and the budget, and then through execution, control, and closeout. Each station builds on the one before it. Modules 0 through 4 are open now. The rest open as they are built.

How this course teaches
The course is asynchronous and is built on the research on adult learning. Content is divided into short segments, spaced across weeks, and tied to work the participant already does, so that the change shows on live projects.

Short videos released across four weeks. Spaced practice retains more than a single long session.

Live sessions collect participant experience first. People accept the conclusions they reached themselves.
Skill practice
Every module ends in application on Weston & Sampson tools and leads. Learning is complete when behavior changes.
Teach it forward
Challenge questions ask project managers to explain the method to others. The explanation is the test of mastery.
