Schedule Builder

The same twenty Heron Pond Connector Path tasks you structured in the WBS Builder are now sequenced in time. Place every task into its schedule window, working backward from the advertisement date. Protect the reviews the firm does not control. Then lock your schedule and present it two ways.

Used live in the Week 2 session · steps 1 through 5 of the Schedule Development Process

The build, in the process's own termsStep 1 is completed for you. The set of milestones is pinned. You run step 2, sequence by dependency. Step 3 is completed automatically, every chip carries the duration its discipline assigned. Step 4 is yours, place the three buffers. Step 5 locks in as the Project Gates pin at 30, 60, and 90 percent.

At every chip, ask the Week 1 question, which tasks shall be complete before this task can begin. This view presents two perspectives on the same schedule, the two views Week 1 named. The Milestone Schedule is what the Town tracks. The Schedule of Activities is what your team works from.
